WNM — How It Works

The process

How it works

There are two ways to marry with us, and they run differently. Choose your path.

From the first call to the day itself. Nine stages, the same every time, so you always know where you are and what happens next.

  1. 01

    First conversation

We start with a call. Your date, your destination, your guest count, the kind of wedding you want, and a real budget to work within.

  2. 02

    Proposal

We send a coordination and decor proposal. What is included, what it costs, and what the day will look like.

  3. 03

    Contract and booking

You sign the agreement and pay the deposit. The terms protect both sides.

  4. 04

    Design and planning

We design the decor from our own inventory, source your vendors on the ground, and build the timeline, the music brief and the vendor call sheets.

  5. 05

    Legal handling

We run the marriage legality in your specific jurisdiction from start to finish, so you leave actually married, not just celebrated.

  6. 06

    Guest travel and logistics

We arrange how your guests reach the destination, where they stay, and what they do around the wedding.

  7. 07

    The run-up

Final confirmations, the timeline locked, every vendor briefed, and the rehearsal.

  8. 08

    The wedding

On-the-ground coordination and day-of management. The schedule holds and you notice none of the work.

  9. 09

    After the wedding

Your honeymoon or onward travel, and the wrap.

An elopement is a different kind of day, so it runs a different way. Eight stages, built around the two of you and the place.

  1. 01

    First conversation

We start with a call. The two of you, the destination, the date, and what you want the day to be. An elopement is a feeling as much as a plan, so this is about the day you are picturing.

  2. 02

    Proposal

We send the elopement package. The location, the legal ceremony, any blessing or cultural element, the activity, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Contract and booking

You sign the agreement and pay the deposit. Same protection for both sides.

  4. 04

    Legal handling

We run the marriage legality in your jurisdiction from start to finish. In a remote place this is often the hardest piece, because the officiant and the paperwork still have to reach the middle of nowhere.

  5. 05

    The experience design

The ceremony spot, a cultural blessing if you want one, and the activity that makes the day yours. A balloon at dawn, a dhow, a sandbank, a Maasai blessing.

  6. 06

    Travel and on-the-ground logistics

We get the two of you, the officiant, a photographer and any vendors to the same remote point on the same day.

  7. 07

    The day

A small crew, full coordination, the legal ceremony and the experience run together so you are present for all of it.

  8. 08

    After

Onward travel, or the safari and honeymoon that often follows.

Ready when you are.
